In June 2007, CVC funds co-led the acquisition of Amtek Engineering Ltd (‘Amtek’). Amtek is the second largest precision engineering and the largest metal stamping company in Singapore.

The company’s principle business activities include tooling design, manufacture of metal parts and casings, and contract manufacturing and assembly for electronics and consumer products.
